 I’m Troy Spader, a Texas Realtor (TREC #0780072) serving North Texas—homes, land, ranches, and commercial—now with Real Brokerage.

I came to this work after years in first-responder life. That job taught me two things that still shape how I treat clients: stay calm when the stakes feel high, and never assume people already know the next step. Buying or selling a home can feel the same way—too much noise, too many forms, and not enough plain English.

I live with ADHD, so I don’t pretend the process is simple. I break it down. My goal is not to talk you into a house. It is to educate you on how buying actually works in Texas—contracts, inspections, negotiations, timelines, and the questions most people are afraid to ask—so you can decide with a clear head.

I serve from Denton County outward, with a heart for small-town and acreage living. I’m on the board of Living Hope Equine Therapy, and I give a portion of every closed transaction back to Living Hope, Patriot Anglers of North Texas, and local small-town fire departments.
